About Cakes By Rox

My name is Roxy Elgar and I founded Cakes By Rox from home in 2020 after graduating from culinary school. I have dedicated my Pastry skillset to producing luxury bespoke cakes which are the centrepiece of any celebration. 

I am a qualified Pastry Chef and I was trained at both the City of Glasgow College and Inverness College UHI. I am currently studying for an English Literature degree at the University of Glasgow.

I am also an avid climber!
